What forms of payment do you take?

Shiny Individual currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
How long will my orders take to arrive?

All in-stock items are guaranteed to be processed and shipped within 3 business days, and will arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
Do you have a Showroom/Store?

At this time we do not have a showroom or a store front. However, you can inquire about setting up private showings (Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia Only) for your unique needs by emailing nikki@shinyindividual.com. We may also participate in Pop Up Shops/Vending events from time to time. Notifications for these will be posted on our Social Media Platforms.
How can I process a return/credit?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 10 days of receipt of purchase. To make a return, email Nikki@shinyindividual.com. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. Please see our Return and Refund policy for additional information.
