At this time we do not have a showroom or a store front. However, you can inquire about setting up private showings (Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia Only) for your unique needs by emailing nikki@shinyindividual.com.
We may also participate in Pop Up Shops/Vending events from time to time. Notifications for these will be posted on our Social Media Platforms.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
To make a return, email Nikki@shinyindividual.com. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
