At this time Shiny Individual is only shipping within the USA.  All orders over $200 will need to be signed for unless you request an exception.

All in-stock items are guaranteed to be shipped within 1-3 business days, and will arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). To track your packages via USPS, please sign up for Informed Delivery at You will get a digital preview of your packages with the date it is scheduled to arrive.


Packages will be sent Priority Mail. Current Rates average up to $6.50. Packages shipped Priority Express is also available. Current Rates average up to $26.35. 


In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you need an item shipped overnight, we've got you covered.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.  


Shiny Individual is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 10 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All SALES are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. reserves the right to deny any unreasonable returns, and exchanges.
